Want to be part of a team of high performing professionals?We are seeking someone for our Seasonal Assembler/Office Operations Support role, internally known as a Service Processing Coordinator, for our Green Bay, WI office.

This person works as part of an integrated team of individuals to provide client service and office operational support.

This individual interacts with internal professionals in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to assist with varying service requests.

This individual has an ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain flexibility.

Understanding and anticipating needs and delivering quality service will guarantee success.This is a part time position starting February 1, 2021 to print high volume simple tasks such as property reports and 1040’s.

We would start part time at about 20 hours per week and ramp up to approximately 40 hours per week for the four busiest weeks during tax season
– Mid March
– Early April.

The position would conclude on or around April 15th, 2020Responsibilities for this key role include, but are not limited to, the following:* Process incoming client tax documents and assemble client deliverables* Client data scanning and ensuring data is accurate and up to date* Assembly work to include printing and binding client tax returns* Greet office guests, process mail and shipments* Special projects as requestedMinimum Requirements* Minimum of three years of related office operations support experience preferred.

Professional services industry experience, a plus.* High school degree or equivalent is required, an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred* Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and AdobeCLA exists to create opportunities for our people, our clients, and our communities.
